  • If you wish to contest a parking citation you must do so within 21 days of the date the citation was issued to you.
  • To contest a parking citation you must go in-person to the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department located at 10510 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, CA. You can also download the Initial Administrative Review Form located on our Dispute a Parking Citation page.
  • To pay a parking citation mail payments to City of Rancho Cucamonga C/O Parking Citation Service Center, P.O. Box 11923, Santa Ana, CA 92711
  • Parking Citations can be paid in person at the City of Rancho Cucamonga
  • Vehicles that have been unregistered for over 6 months can be towed with no warning if found parked on public streets or retail parking lots.
  • If a vehicle has a "Planned Non-Operation" registration status with the DMV it cannot be parked on public streets and is subject to tow without warning if the last registration for operation expired more than 6 months ago.
