There are three ways to renew your items:

Online

The ROC, Rancho’s Online Catalog, allows you to access your account and view and renew items checked out.

By Phone

Call the Circulation Desk at either library, during library hours: (909) 477-2720.

When you cannot get to a computer and the library is closed, what do you do? Call (909) 919-2985. Have your library card handy. Listen carefully to the prompts and always be sure to get confirmation of your new due dates.

Library Elf

Library Elf is a free, independently run, online service that will send reminders by email, RSS or cell phone text message when library books are due (or overdue). You may keep track of multiple libraries; including Ontario City Library, San Bernardino County Library, and Upland Public Library. To sign up, visit Library Elf.
