The Biane Library opened on August 18th, 2006 as part of the Victoria Gardens Cultural Center.

The library houses a book and media collection of over 100,000 new items, a story theater complete with fiberoptic ceiling, a traditional reading room with a fireplace, a teen room, a Reading Enrichment Center, a 21-seat technology center, and much much more...
