The City of Rancho Cucamonga and Rancho Cucamonga & Fontana Family YMCA have been pleased to provide transportation services to the City’s Senior Center to thousands of our Seniors since February of 1999.

Community Connection - A volunteer driver program

Community Connections is a special program in West San Bernardino County that complements public transit and paratransit services.  Volunteer drivers are reimbursed to transport individuals.
Who is eligible?
Seniors and persons with disabilities residing in the cities of Chino, Chino Hills, Montclair, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga and Upland; individuals that are too frail, or unable to use public transportation for other reasons, or wishes to travel to a destination that crosses county or city lines.
