The fees for picnic shelters vary. To determine which fee applies to your group, please click HERE for group descriptions, then find the corresponding fee on the table below.

Additional Park Shelter Reservation Fees

  • $25 Moonbounce and Inflatable Recreation Equipment fee (i.e. bounce houses, slides, laser tag, etc.) is required if using this type of equipment during your reservation. Moonbounce and other Inflatable Recreation Equipment are permitted ONLY at a reservable park with payment of this fee, an approved City reservation contract and proof of insurance.
  • $10 Application Fee required for each reservation which is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
  • Additional fees may be required for amplified sound.

Park Special Event Areas

Included in this classification are the following sites. Hourly rental fees are noted in the table below. A damage deposit and police/private security fee may be assessed depending on the activity and/or number of participants. The following parks/facilities include special event areas:

  • Red Hill Community Park – The event area is defined as the amphitheatre, adjacent grass covered bowl area and picnic shelters. Event area does not include lake, restrooms, playground or open park space immediately surrounding the lake. Click for a map of the Red Hill Park Special Event area.
  • Heritage Community Park – The event area is defined as picnic shelters and grass bowl area adjacent to the east and south of the shelters. Perimeter defined by property edges to the east and south; sports field border to the west; park entry to the north. Event area does not include: playground, sports field, Equestrian Center or equestrian trail. Click for a map of the Heritage Park Special Event area.
  • Central Park – The event area is defined as large elliptical grass area northeast of the Senior/Community Center and immediately adjacent grass areas. Event area does not include: playground. Click for a map of the Central Park Special Event area .
  • Pacific Electric Trail (PET) Staging Area – Event area defined adjacent to the PET at Central Park immediately north of the Senior/Community Center. Click for a map of the Pacific Electric Trail Special Event area.
