The Healthy RC Challenge uses the CoreHealth software to track and motivate participants as they work their way to a healthier lifestyle. Sign-Up

Sign-up by clicking on the "Not Registered" icon and fill in your personal information then click on the "save" icon.

Activity Tracker

Click on the Activity Tracker link and an interactive map of the City of Rancho Cucamonga will appear that will measure your walking or running routes.

Create Routes

Click on the Map to create the points in your Route. Save your Route frequently used Routes for tracking ease – create multiple Routes.

Step Counter

Tracks your steps for your walking or running routes and also converts the time you spend in other activities into steps. If using a pedometer enter your steps into the Steps Counter and hit the Add button; your steps and mileage will be calculated automatically. If you want to track your progress without a pedometer, just click on the Activity Tab and choose from the list of many activities and enter the length (minutes) of time it took to complete your activity.

Challenges

Set up your own community running, walking or biking routes for people to preview. Challenges consist of two or more teams racing to the top spot in a friendly competition. It is up to the individual to decide what type of challenge will best motivate and increase physical activity.

New to walking, running or other activities? Why do it alone? The Healthy RC Challenge has been designed to encourage fun and healthy competition between groups big and small. Click on the Team icon and find a team – or Create your Team today!
