How to Register

There are many easy ways to register for classes offered through the Community Services Department. If you have specific questions regarding class availability, registration deadlines, etc., please contact the Registration Staff at (909) 477-2765.

On-Line Registration

Many of our activities are available for registration on-line. Contact Registration at (909) 477-2765 to obtain your Personal Login ID and Account Access Pin.  Click on the "Register in a Click" logo on our main page for more information.

Mail-In

Registration will be processed beginning December 12th (for both residents and non-residents).

Walk-In

You may walk-in your registration Monday thru Friday anytime between 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Goldy S. Lewis Community Center. 

**Computer Kiosks are now available for On-Line Registration at Lions East, Central Park and the R.C. Family Sports Center!  Contact Registration at (909) 477-2765 to  obtain your Personal Login ID and Account Access Pin.

Fax-In

Complete the registration form, including box #7 on the form with your credit card information (we accept either Mastercard or Visa).  Fax completed form to Registration at (909) 477-2783.

In all cases except on-line, you will need to fill out a registration form, which can be found inside your Grapevine or you may download the form by clicking here - Registration Form .

Important Notes!

  • Registration will NOT be accepted at classes.
  • Call Registration at (909) 477-2765 if you do not receive a receipt or contact Bea Smiderle.  
  • Refunds for Contract Classes will be issued in full only if requested prior to the start of the program.  A refund (minus $10 Application Fee) will be issued only if requested prior to 2nd class meeting date for classes $20 and over.  No refunds will be issued after the 2nd class meeting date.
  • Transfers will be processed prior to the 2nd class meeting. 
  • There is a $10.00 service charge on checks returned from the bank.
  • Non-residents: There is a non-resident fee of $12.00 that applies to each class.
