Administration & Support Services Administration Services
Administration Services is responsible for ensuring the department operations with enforcing the City's adopted codes, and facilitates department's activities in managing the City's building capital improvement projects and emergency responses. This section is also responsible for maintaining the information posted on Building and Safety Internet pages, as well as producing the "Buzz in Building" newsletter and the Building & Safety Department Brochure.
Support Services
Support Services is responsible for providing the essential administrative support to the various divisions within the department to ensure that they are operating efficiently. Some of their responsibilities include: processing Certificate of Occupancies (C of O), assisting with resident and contractor requests for expired permits and plans, notify the utility companies for activation, and process inspection requests.
