Landscape Maintenance District No. 9
Landscape Maintenance District No. 9 was formed in 2001 and consists of single family homes, condominiums, multi-family units, and 18.58 acres of commercial/industrial, Garcia Park, and trails. Landscape Improvements provided in the district include, but are not limited to: turf, ground cover, shrubs and trees, sprinkler and irrigation systems, ornamental lighting, drainage systems, masonry walls, entryway monument, and associated appurtenances. These improvements include: all necessary service; operations; administration; and maintenance required to keep the above mentioned improvements in a healthy, vigorous, and satisfactory working condition. 

The current assessment rate is $187.00 per single-family residence.
