Landscape Maintenance District No. 10
Landscape Maintenance District No. 10 was formed in 2001 and consists of single family homes. Landscape Improvements provided are being maintained in the district may include but are not limited to: turf, ground cover, shrubs and trees, sprinkler and irrigation systems, ornamental lighting, drainage systems, masonry walls, entryway monument, and associated appurtenances. These improvements include: all necessary service; operations; administration; and maintenance required to keep the above mentioned improvements in a healthy, vigorous, and satisfactory working condition. 

The current assessment rate is $616.20 per single family residence and $1,232.40 per acre for commercial property.
